Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us at 2 Many Babies. We care about your satisfaction and we hope that you love your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we will be happy to help fix the problem. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us for refund or process an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, 2 Many Babies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original manufacturers packaging, original tags still attached and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- An original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
- Clearance and sales items cannot be returned. Please note that any items bought in our clearance or sales section can only be exchanged for a product of equal value.
- Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.
- If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately. We are very sorry for this mistake and our support team will reply very quickly and help you the best we can.
- Whenever possible and based on stock availability, exchanges are available subject to our return policy. Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
- Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
- Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for exchanging items will be at your expense.
- Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-14 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 14 business days after the date of purchase.
- We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel or amend your order for any reason please contact us immediately via return form, email or phone call. Once the item has been dispatched, no amendments can be made to orders and it cannot be canceled.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of towel, bath mitts and pillow unless they are defective or faulty.
- Shipping Fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. If on an order the customer has qualified for free outbound shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- We reserve the final right to terminate or alter the above terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
